How do I book a disco?
To book a disco you can call us on 01235 770428 or send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
How do I make a deposit?
Deposits are taken to secure the date and time for the service you have choosen. Deposits can be made by cheque, paypal or bank transfer. Deposits will be used towards payment of your balance unless you cancel within the cancellation period, in which case your deposit will be refunded.
Full details on making a deposit will be provided once a provisional booking has been made.
Can I book a disco without any extra services?
Our services have been designed to provide a stress free environment and exciting atmosphere for everyone at the event. However we are always happy to discuss any ideas or requirements you have and adapt our packages to suit.
Can I use a smoke machine at my chosen venue?
Smoke machines are a fantastic addition to any light show and get the children really excited, however they can set off certain types of alarms. They are usually safe against heat detectors but we advise our customers to check with the venue before hiring smoke machines to make sure they allow them.
Are you able to work in any venue?
We have supplied our services in venues ranging from historic buildings, village halls, pubs, and private houses. We hold full public liability insurance and all of our equipment is PAT tested for increased safety. This allows us to work in any venue across the country.
How long does it take to set up?
We ask for atleast 1 hour to setup and packaway, however this may change on the size of the event and access to the venue.
If I cancel, will I lose my deposit?
We have a busy schedule and to ensure we can provide the best service to our customers we have had to implement cancellation charges. We understand that cancelling is sometimes unavoidable and we still offer a full refund on deposits if cancelled more than 14 days before the event.
